Welcome to the most delicious mouth watering cookbook around. This cook book was created by me (Anthony Derby) to try and get men interested in cooking. I have had so many friends that would eat already cooked frozen chicken and think it is delicious. Or never explored new cuisine. Through various recipes I want to spark that little hunger monster in all of us and push you through the door into becoming a cook yourself. I am not trying to alienate the women also, If I were you I would print off the recipes and get a guy to cook them for you. If I can do it, anybody can.
